I want to say that ultimate tiles are the best. When searching for tiles I went to a look at a few places. No one served me, even though I was in the store walking around for at least 15 minutes. I walked into Ultimate tiles and Meryl came straight over to greet me. She helped me with choosing my tiles and was very patient and helpful to me. I got a sample to take home which was so good. I got tiles for my splashback and my whole ground floor. I would totally recommend this business. I am a happy customer.

Highly recommend this business. The service I received was amazing. They have a wide selection of tiles and they’re reasonably priced. Lisa helped us make the difficult decision of which tiles to choose, her knowledge was extremely helpful. Fred went out of his way to help us get our tiles divered earlier due to tiler being earlier than expected to start job. I went to several tile shops in the area however Ultimate Tiles in Mornington was by far the best business to deal with.

Very impressed with there service. I dropped into the Mornington store because I had to patch job I had messed up and was originally thinking that they could cut just two tiles I needed to fit into the hole I had created. Instead, we picked out some sample smaller tiles, which would do the job. I offered to pay, m but the team just offered the tiles for free and were very happy to help in anyway. We have renovated two homes and have had to source tiles for 2 laundries and 6 bathrooms over the years. Ultimate tiles has been so reliable and so helpful each time, doesn’t matter who we deal with I can always rely on them for advice and suggestions. Really good value for money too, as an owner builder I am always looking for a bargain and each and every time I’ve gone back to ultimate tiles for the best price.

What a great company, nothing was too much for them. From the moment I walked into their store, the service was second to none. Very helpful from the moment we walked in. Helped us chose not just tiles but vanities and fittings and compiled into a package. Peter went above and beyond to provide us with a positive experience and Daniel was very helpful on the phone, even when I rang 4 times in a row to ask questions from the plumber, he even contacted suppliers for me to answer the questions I had. Great and quick communication to.

As you travel through life, you experience various levels of customer service … but never have we experienced the high quality we received from Ultimate Tiles. From the moment the incredible Mel greeted us at the showroom entrance, to her patience guiding my stressed wife through the process, to her ability to guide us when needed and to leave us to our own devices when needed. First class. Yes the tile quality was excellent as well, so matched with superb professionalism and understanding from Mel, this company is highly recommended. We will be back !!
