Jeremy finds fulfilment in the personal and direct interactions with clients, allowing him to build genuine connections. Jacquie Campbell, our dedicated Store Manager at Ultimate Tiles, brings over 13 years of valuable industry experience to the team. In her role, Jacquie excels in customer service, colour consultancy, showroom presentation, and leading the team to achieve budgets.

With a background as a Showroom Manager for a large ceramic tile company in WA, Jacquie’s expertise extends to sales, colour selections, and managing showrooms. Her international exposure through two overseas buying trips, along with 3 years at Ultimate, showcases her diverse skill set. Jacquie’s joy in the industry lies in helping customers transform their ideas into reality and witnessing the completion of projects. She values honesty, integrity, and time management in her approach to work, ensuring a positive and reliable customer experience.

Outside of work, Jacquie prioritizes being a dedicated mom to her two young boys, who are avid basketball enthusiasts. Jacquie’s commitment to excellence and her genuine passion for customer satisfaction make her an integral part of the Ultimate Tiles team.

Mel Fenton, our accomplished Sales/Colour Consultant, brings over 23 years of invaluable experience to Ultimate Tiles. With a rich background in the Residential Building Industry, Mel’s expertise spans Sales, Colour Consultancy, and Administration. Having owned a successful Colour Consultancy business for two decades, Mel has worked with major and boutique builders, customers, and trades, leaving a positive impact in Display Homes, Builders, and Design Showrooms.

Mel’s joy in the industry comes from the diversity of customers and projects, finding immense satisfaction in turning dreams into reality. Her proud achievements include personal thanks from clients, positive Google Reviews, and the successful growth of her Colour Consultancy business.

In problem-solving, Mel adopts a proactive approach by identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise. She emphasises teamwork in the showroom for effective decision-making.
